Bayern Munich player Franck Ribery joined by Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi the best player in the list of candidates for the UEFA 2012/13 season.
Ribery become the first player from the club other than Barcelona and Real Madrid in the list of candidates for best player of Europe since 2011.
Last year, the title of Europe's best players fell to Andres Iniesta.
To determine the winner, the jury consisting of journalists from UEFA asosisas members will follow the polls on August 29, when the Champions League group stage draw in Monaco.
