How to install Emoticons to appear in the blog comments

Continuing the discourse of emoticons for installation in order to be able to view your blog in the comment box, just the way of installation:

• Log in (login) to your blog, and then click Design your Blogger
• Choose a template, click Edit HTML
• Then Expand Widget Templates
• Then find (Ctrl + F) code: </ body>
• Copy the script below, then place the code below:

• Continue to find code:
  <p class='comment-footer'> or <b:if cond='data:post.embedCommentForm'> If no code is the same for the code approaching. 
• Then copy the script below, then place the code below:
